Omgevingsdienst Drenthe
Janny Velstra is an experienced environmental specialist with a robust background in environmental and soil legislation. Currently serving as a Vergunningverlener milieu at Regionale Uitvoeringsdienst Drenthe since February 2022, Janny has also operated independently as a Zelfstandig adviseur milieu- en bodemwetgeving since January 2013. Previous roles include Milieuspecialist vergunningen for gemeente De Fryske Marren and Vergunningverlener Wet Natuurbescherming at Omgevingsdienst Noord-Holland Noord, among others. Janny's expertise encompasses the evaluation and issuance of environmental permits, soil advising, and the handling of environmental quality matters, supplemented by a solid educational foundation from NHL Hogeschool and Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
