Christiaan van der Kamp

Christiaan van der Kamp is currently serving as the Secretaris-Directeur at Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden since September 2021. Prior to this role, Christiaan was the Burgemeester of Gemeente Bodegraven-Reeuwijk from July 2011 to August 2021. Christiaan also held important positions such as Lid Dagelijks Bestuur at Stadsgewest Haaglanden and Wethouder at Gemeente Midden-Delfland, where responsibilities included overseeing environmental portfolios and regional development plans. Christiaan's earlier career includes roles as a bedrijfsjurist at Interpolis, an advocaat at Frankhuizen advocaten, and a 1ste luitenant in the Koninklijke Marechaussee. Academically, Christiaan holds a master’s degree in Rechtsgeleerdheid from Leiden University and completed the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten. Additionally, Christiaan is a certified supervisory officer from the Vereniging van Toezichthouders Wooncorporaties.
