Karel Ouburg

Karel Ouburg is an experienced professional in the field of construction permits and regulations, currently serving as Procesmanager vergunningen at Gemeente Utrecht since September 2024. With a strong background as the owner of Ouburg Bouwadvies since July 2016, Karel specializes in interim permit acquisition and quality assurance under the Omgevingswet.
