Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid (OZHZ)
Alex van der Lugt is an experienced environmental consultant with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Milieu-adviseur at Adviesbureau Opifex since August 2000, Alex has provided advisory services to businesses and government entities. In conjunction with this role, Alex has been a Vergunningverlener at Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid since October 2014, focusing on updating environmental permits and drafting permit revisions. Previous positions include working as an advisor for SABIC from January 2005 to May 2015, contributing to various environmental projects, and providing consultancy services to Gemeente Etten-Leur for enforcement and SBA system implementation from September 2011 to July 2012. Alex holds an Ingenieur degree in Milieukunde and a Bachelor's degree in Chemische laboratoriumtechniek from Avans University of Applied Sciences, as well as a HAVO in Exact from KSE Etten-Leur.
