Camille van Veen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviseur and Adviseur bedrijfsvoering at Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid (OZHZ) since August 2017, following the role of Trainee. Prior to this, Camille worked as an HR-assistent at Heerema Fabrication Group from November 2015 to May 2017 and conducted research for a Master's Thesis at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2015, focusing on employer motivations in the ICT sector related to the employability of older workers. Camille also gained experience as a graduate intern in Personnel & Organization at RET, where a module for sickness absence guidance was developed for new managers. Earlier roles include supporting the Recruitment department at RET and serving as a waitress at Restaurant Pavillion 't Reeuwijkse Hout. Camille holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Utrecht.
