Manish Kumar Singh

Manish Kumar Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manish started their career in 2016 at Swastik Electricals, where they worked as a Quality Assurance and Maintenance professional for almost two years. In 2018, they joined Medhaj Techno Concept Pvt. Ltd. as a Field Supervisor, working on projects related to the UPPCL DISCOM under Saubhagya Yojna of the Government of India. Manish was responsible for SLD design and verification, as well as transformer installation. In the same year, they also worked at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee. In 2019, Manish joined OMICRON electronics, where they initially served as a Technical Support Engineer before being promoted to the role of Application Engineer in May 2022.

Manish Kumar Singh completed their education in a chronological order. Manish obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Bengal Institute of Technology and Management Santiniketan from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their 10+2 from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education in 2011-2012, with a focus on Science (PCM). Manish also completed their 10th grade from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in 2009-2010, although the field of study is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Manish Kumar Singh has obtained several certifications and completed various training programs. Notably, they have certifications in customer service, such as "Creating a Positive Customer Experience," "Customer Service Foundations," "Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting," "Empathy for Customer Service Professionals," "Managing a Customer Contact Center," "Phone-Based Customer Service," and "Writing Customer Service Emails" from LinkedIn, acquired in April 2020. Manish also holds a certificate in Information Technology Application from Durgapur Youth Computer Training Center, obtained in April 2010.

Furthermore, Manish Kumar Singh participated in additional training programs and activities. Manish completed the NCC (National Cadet Corps) in May 2014 and attended a workshop on VLSI Embedded System & Modern Communication System Design Techniques organized by IEEE in October 2013. Manish also completed summer training at Alstom in February 2015 and participated in a quiz competition organized by the National Entrepreneurship Network in March 2014.
