Abhirup Sarkar

Abhirup Sarkar has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Abhirup started their career as a Research Associate at Newcastle University in 2009. Abhirup then worked as a Summer Associate at Reliance Industries Limited in 2010. Abhirup Sarkar later joined Ernst & Young as an Associate Consultant in 2011, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they were promoted to Consultant, Strategy Consulting. In 2014, they joined Housing.com as a Strategy & Growth professional, and they stayed in that position until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Abhirup Sarkar worked at Orios Venture Partners as an Investor, focusing on early-stage ventures and making investments in companies such as Country Delight and Gomechanic. Currently, they are working as a Principal in Tech Investing at Omidyar Network India. Abhirup'sresponsibilities include making investments and managing exited investments, such as Pickrr.
