Jeff Hom is the Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Legal at Omidyar Network. Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Jeff was the EVP of Market Performance Group from February 2019 to September 2021. MPG is a team of trusted manufacturer and retail professionals delivering forward thinking and actionable go-to-market solutions. We help develop strategy and drive execution by providing consulting services for clients and sales support services for key retailers.

From August 2017 to September 2021, Jeff was the founder of Jeff Hom Merchandising and Supply Chain Consulting LLC, a virtual extension of your business where trust and an unwavering commitment to delivering value are paramount.

From January 2008 to December 2016, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for Coffee House Press.

From September 1996 to July 2017, Jeff was the Vice President/Sr. Director, Merch Planning Operations and Supply Chain for Target.
