Lilian H.

LiLian H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. LiLian started their career at IBM in 2000, where they held various roles, including Accounting Manager. At IBM, they were responsible for signing off on deals above $10M and re-engineering reporting packages. From 2008 to 2009, LiLian worked as a Commercial Finance Manager at EMC, driving financial and commercial rigor and advising sales teams on deal structuring. At Cisco, where they worked from 2010 to 2020, LiLian held various roles and served as the Senior Finance Manager, supporting complex commercial contracts and presenting monthly metrics to the senior leadership team. In 2020, LiLian joined Alfa Financial Software as the Head of Transactional Accounting, overseeing all operational functions and collaborating with non-finance teams for company success. In 2022, they transitioned to Omio, first as the Director, Head of Finance Operations, and later as the Director of Accounting and Finance Operations.

LiLian H. has a diploma in Business Studies from HELP University. LiLian also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Griffith University. Additionally, they are a Qualified Accountant and holds a certification from CPA Australia.
