Vivian Valverde

Vivian Valverde is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager currently at Omio since September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at HelloFresh from October 2021 to July 2025, where Vivian led international hiring efforts across the EU, contributing to the successful launch of HelloFresh in Ireland. Previous positions at Amazon spanned from October 2013 to October 2021, including significant roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and several talent acquisition positions, where Vivian managed large recruitment teams, transitioned hiring processes to virtual platforms during COVID-19, and improved HR processes and candidate experiences. Vivian holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR).
