Len Calabretta

Len Calabretta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advanced project management and command and control systems. Currently serving as the Director of Advanced Projects at Omitron Inc. since April 2022, Len Calabretta is responsible for developing strategies to address capability gaps for the DoD and IC. Previously, as the Space Command and Control Product Line Manager at L3Harris Technologies, Len Calabretta significantly increased the business area from $5.8 million to $100 million in annual orders while managing a portfolio of over 60 projects. Len Calabretta also held positions at Harris Corporation, Exelis, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and served in the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Officer and Program Manager. Len Calabretta holds a Master of Science in Systems Management/Engineering from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
