Gyorgy Molnar

Gyorgy Molnar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Application Software Developer at AITIA International, Inc. until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Software Engineer at Lufthansa Systems Hungária.

In 2006, Molnar joined Morgan Stanley as an Application Software Developer, specializing in Credit Derivatives. Gyorgy then took on various leadership roles, including Head of Firm Risk Management IT and Head of Listed Sales and Trading IT as an Executive Director. During their time at Morgan Stanley, Molnar was responsible for project management and implementation of key IT projects, such as the reporting platform for Risk Management and the risk assessing tool for Operational Risk. Gyorgy also managed the development of a mobile audience response tool and the Relationship visualizer. Under their leadership, the team grew from 4 people to over 60, and they actively supported the career growth of team members.

In 2018, Molnar moved to LogMeIn, where they served as a Senior Engineering Manager until 2020. Gyorgy then joined Codecool as Engineering Director, a position they held until 2021.

Currently, Molnar is working at Omixon as the Head of Software, a role they assumed in December 2021.

Gyorgy Molnar obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eötvös Loránd University, where they completed their education from 1994 to 2003.
