Konstantin Martynov

Konstantin Martynov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Konstantin began their career at Ericsson in 2001 as a Senior Instructor, where they stayed until 2009. Konstantin then joined VimpelCom, Russia as the Head of the technical and IT trainings department until 2014, after which they became a Senior HR Business Partner until 2015. In 2015, they joined RTITS as the Head of the knowledge base management group, responsible for managing IT systems used in the T&D process. Since 2017, they have been working at the United Metallurgical Company as the Head of distance learning and information systems.

Konstantin Martynov earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEC) from 2007 to 2013. Prior to this, they obtained an Engineer and PhD degree from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) in Programming and Telecommunications, completing their studies from 1994 to 2002.
