Konstantin Martynov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Konstantin began their career at Ericsson in 2001 as a Senior Instructor, where they stayed until 2009. Konstantin then joined VimpelCom, Russia as the Head of the technical and IT trainings department until 2014, after which they became a Senior HR Business Partner until 2015. In 2015, they joined RTITS as the Head of the knowledge base management group, responsible for managing IT systems used in the T&D process. Since 2017, they have been working at the United Metallurgical Company as the Head of distance learning and information systems.
