Tolga Ş. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Tolga is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of OMMA, where they are responsible for business strategy, product strategy, customer experience design, and team building. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of OMMA from 2017 to 2018. Before joining OMMA, Tolga worked as the CTO of emlakjet.com from 2014 to 2017. Tolga also founded their own company, Ezgi Consultancy, where they served as the Founder from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Tolga worked as a Managing Partner at Tart New Media from 2010 to 2013, and as the General Manager at Trader Media East Competence Center from 2008 to 2009. Tolga also held various roles at Trader Media East, Hurriyet Emlak/Oto, DOL, BSG, and 2999, where they gained experience in project management, technology management, IT, web development, and architecture. Tolga's diverse background and experience make him a well-rounded professional.

Tolga Ş. began their education at Macka Anatolia Technical High School from 1992 to 1996, where they focused on the field of Electronics. Following high school, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Maths Engineering at Yildiz Technical University from 1997 to 2003. After completing their undergraduate studies, Tolga went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Industry Engineering from Bahcesehir University, where they were enrolled from 2005 to 2008.
