Esra Sultan Oğuzcan

Esra Sultan Oğuzcan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Esra Sultan is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at OMMA since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Category Manager at Amazon from September 2017 to November 2019, where they successfully launched Amazon.com.tr in Turkey. Before joining Amazon, they were associated with Turkcell where they held multiple roles including Lead Acquisition Manager, Lead Loyalty & Program Manager, Senior Mass Segment Manager, and Terminal Account Manager. During their time at Turkcell, they played a pivotal role in launching significant projects such as the first 4.5G home internet device SUPERBOX and Turkcell's largest loyalty platform Sarı Kutu. Esra Sultan was also responsible for managing partnership programs, executing marketing plans, and developing loyalty strategies. Prior to Turkcell, they worked as a World Card Partnership Manager at Yapı Kredi, where they acquired new brands to the 'Worldcard' circuit and managed pricing strategies and campaigns for acquired merchants. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Marketing Specialist at BOSSA and as a Brand Manager at Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri Grubu. Esra Sultan Oğuzcan has consistently demonstrated their expertise in marketing, brand management, partnerships, and program execution throughout their career.

Esra Sultan Oğuzcan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing in German medium from Marmara University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Prior to their university studies, they attended Usak Orhan Dengiz Anatolian High School from 1990 to 1997, but the information regarding the degree and field of study for this period is not available.
