Roman Braun

Roman Braun currently serves as the Manager of Digital Strategy at OMMAX since October 2025. Previously, Roman held the position of Manager - Business Strategy and Digital Innovation, Head of ESG Solutions at PMMG Process Solutions from May to October 2025, and also worked at PMMG Group from February 2018 to October 2025 as Head of Strategy and Manager - Business Strategy and Digital Innovation. Roman's expertise includes project leadership in strategy, growth, digital transformation, and organizational excellence, as well as experience in establishing project and financial control across various sectors including Payment, FinTech, and retail. Prior roles also include positions at Allianz Technology, McKinsey & Company, and Heidrick & Struggles, among others. Roman holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has a background in Behavioral Economics and Negotiation.
