Nikhil also works as an Engineering & Management Consultant, assisting OEMs and Tier companies in enhancing business processes and compliance with industrial standards. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant, Project Intern, and Research Associate in mechanical engineering at Amrita University, as well as leadership as President and Co-Founder of Team Agraganya Baja, leading design and testing of off-road prototypes. Nikhil's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint, a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita University.
