Praburam Seshadri

Praburam Seshadri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Praburam started their career at Amalgamations Repco Ltd. as a QA Engineer, where they conducted inspections, implemented statistical process control, and participated in quality improvement initiatives. Praburam then moved on to the Shetdass Group of Companies as an Assistant Manager, where they managed multiple companies and implemented quality management systems. Praburam also worked at FCI - Regional Tooling Center as a Senior Engineer, leading quality assurance, conducting audits, and implementing zero defect concepts. Praburam further expanded their expertise at Bureau Veritas as a Lead Auditor and Tutor, providing auditing services and training. Praburam later joined TUV as a Management Consultant and Trainer, specializing in ISO standards and achieving successful certifications for various projects. Praburam's role at True Value Homes as a Manager focused on quality, health, safety, and environment. Lastly, they joined Omnex Inc as a Technical Head, providing consulting services for functional safety, quality management systems, and various areas of business excellence. Throughout their career, Praburam has shown a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Praburam Seshadri completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras between 1995 and 1999. Praburam has also obtained a certification in Automotive SPICE Assessor from VDA QMC Germany in January 2020. Additionally, Praburam has expressed interest in obtaining certifications in CNC Machine Maintenance, Programming & Tooling, Certified Professional in ASME-GD&T and ISO-GPS (Geometric Product Specification), Lead Auditor & Trainer in QMS, EMS, OHSAS, ISMS, TS 16949, and Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Methodology, although it is not specified if they have already completed these certifications or the institutions from which they would pursue them.
