Hayden Blades has a diverse work experience in various roles within the advertising and creative industries. Starting in 2006 as a designer at FireDrum Internet Marketing, Hayden then moved on to Synthetic Human Pictures in 2007, where they served as a Director, Editor, and Cinematographer. In 2012, Hayden joined Arrowhead Advertising as a Motion Graphics Artist and Editor for a period of three years. From 2013 to 2016, Hayden worked as an Editor and Motion Graphics Artist at Creative Brand Consulting. Hayden also has experience at Omni Advertising, where they worked as a Lead Content Designer and Senior Editor/Motion Graphics Artist. In 2016, Hayden joined Shy Monster Music as a Musicsmith. Throughout their career, Hayden has showcased their skills in content design, editing, motion graphics, and music production.

Hayden Blades earned a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Art from the University of Advancing Technology. hayden attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
