JR H. has a diverse work experience in the information technology industry. JR began their career as a Technical Specialist at FaxPlus Inc. in September 1990, where they performed installation, configuration, training, and troubleshooting of secure facsimile, telephone, fax, and copier equipment. JR also provided pre and post sales support to the company's representatives. In February 1998, JR H. transitioned to the role of Federal Sales Account Manager at FaxPlus Inc., where they successfully provided equipment and solutions to several Federal Agencies nationwide. With their technical background, they easily adapted to the transition from analog devices to the digital market. After nine years in this role, they joined OMNI Business Systems in July 2016 as the Director of Information Technology. Later, they were promoted to Vice President of Information Technology.
