Shilpa Deshpande

Shilpa Deshpande has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Shilpa began their career at Visalign in the year 2000 as a Software Quality Lead, where they worked until 2003. Later, in 2006, they joined Vertex Inc. as a Sr. Manager and remained in that position for nearly 14 years, until January 2020. In 2020, Shilpa joined Capgemini as an Agile Lead and worked there until June 2022. Currently, they are working at OmniCable, where they first started as a Director in November 2021 and was subsequently promoted to the role of Vice President Information Technology in June 2022.

Shilpa Deshpande holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri. Shivaji Science College, Congressnagar, Nagpur. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including ICP-ACC from ICAgile, Leadership Main Line Alumni from The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, Scaled Release Train Engineer and Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Acclaim Badging, and Society of Professional Women Alumni from The Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
