Shiva Rudroju

Shiva Rudroju currently serves as the Senior Director of Application Development at OmniCable since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of IT Business Applications at Guild Education, where responsibilities involved leading the business applications function under the CFO Organization, and Global Director of Enterprise Applications at New Fortress Energy, focusing on global strategy and collaboration with business leaders. Additional positions held include Director of Enterprise & Solutions Architecture and Manager of Enterprise Business Applications at GAF, Technical Lead at NJM Insurance Group, and various roles in PeopleSoft consulting. Shiva holds an MBA from Lehigh University College of Business, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, and completed a program in the Psychology of Leadership at Cornell University.
