Bianca de Medeiros Baptista Novaes has held various roles in the sales and key account management space since 2007. Bianca began their career as a Representante Comercial at In Club - CR Comunicação in 2007 and then moved to Santander Brasil in 2010 as an Executivo de Contas. In 2011, they joined Groupalia as an Executiva Comercial and then moved to Peixe Urbano in 2012, where they held the roles of Sales Manager and Regional Key Account Manager. Most recently, Bianca began working at OmniChat in 2021 as a National Key Account.
