Jason Wilbur has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jason has held leadership roles in companies such as Omni CleanAir, Silver Falls Capital, Staircase Consulting, Fluke Networks, Veeder-Root, Raytek Corporation (a Fluke Company), Deltapoint Consulting, and Honeywell Aerospace.

At Omni CleanAir, Jason served as both the President and Vice President, contributing to the company's mission of eliminating illnesses caused by unhealthy air. Jason oversaw diverse environments and applications, including those impacted by wildfire smoke, construction projects, hospitals, and nuclear facilities.

As a Partner and Co-Founder at Silver Falls Capital, Jason focused on acquiring and operating small businesses in the Pacific Northwest, recognizing their importance in local communities.

At Staircase Consulting, Jason was the Owner and Principal, assisting clients in accelerating strategic initiatives and navigating change management obstacles. Their approach emphasized organizational alignment and employee engagement.

Before joining Raytek, Jason worked at Deltapoint Consulting as a Principal Consultant, specializing in lean manufacturing transformations within the aerospace industry.

Jason began their career at Honeywell Aerospace (formerly AlliedSignal Engines Division) as an Engineer, supporting the Combustion System design team and later transitioning into a factory leadership role implementing the Toyota Production System.

Jason Wilbur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 1993. Jason continued their education at Caltech, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (Solid Mechanics) in 1995. In 1997, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from Arizona State University West. In 2017, they obtained the Certificación de Calificación DELE Nivel B1 en Español (Spanish Level B1) from Instituto Cervantes.
