Brian Lester

Brian Lester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, particularly within the Department of Justice. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at OMNI Consulting Solutions since July 2022, Brian previously held the position of Senior Director for Justice Programs at Paradyme Management Inc. from September 2020 to June 2022, overseeing service delivery for the FBI and Justice. Prior to this role, Brian dedicated over 22 years at Technica Corporation, progressing from Engineering Group Manager and Enterprise Systems Engineer to Program/Account Manager, where significant account growth was achieved while exclusively supporting the DOJ. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
