Arnaldo Ibarrientos is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Chief Master Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve since December 2013, Arnaldo oversees healthcare leaders and manages performance for a significant number of personnel. In the role of Leadership Facilitator/Instructor, Arnaldo has delivered extensive training to airmen and joint forces across the United States. Additionally, as a Corporate Quality Manager and Enterprise Risk Manager at OMNI Consulting Solutions, Arnaldo leads ISO 9001:2015 initiatives while supporting program acquisition for the United States Space Force. Previous experience as a Logistics Operations Manager at Amazon further showcases leadership in high-stakes environments. Arnaldo holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Prague University of Economics and Business.
