Frances Tsai Od

Frances Tsai, OD, is an experienced optometrist currently serving at Omni Eye Services, providing tertiary medical eye care in a busy ocular disease referral center since July 2023. Previously, Frances completed various clinical internships at notable institutions, including Berkeley Outpatient Center and Travis Air Force Base, focusing on comprehensive medical eye exams and specialized care for diverse patient populations. Frances also held significant roles during education at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, including teaching assistance, research, public relations, and mentoring pre-optometry students. Frances graduated with a Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley in 2023, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles.
