Alicia Toulis

Alicia Toulis is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in event management and customer service. Currently serving as Reservations Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts since August 2021, Alicia has previously held various roles at the same company, including Catering Sales Manager and Event Manager. Extensive experience also includes positions at The Walt Disney Company, where Alicia honed leadership skills through the Disney Emerging Leaders program and managed front desk operations. Alicia's career in hospitality began at Walt Disney World, where front-line roles laid the foundation for expertise in guest services and team leadership. Alicia earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
