Ayman Ekladious has extensive experience in hotel and food and beverage operations, currently serving as Assistant Director of Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage Director at Omni Hotels & Resorts since July 2018. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Operations during the pre-opening of Omni Viking Lakes Hotel, and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Gansevoort Hotel Group, where responsibilities encompassed service quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue management. Ayman has also held senior positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Senior Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Banquets, overseeing banquet operations and catering sales. Ayman began a hospitality career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Iberotel and holds a degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Helwan University, Cairo.
