Brian Ussery is a highly experienced labor relations professional, currently serving as Corporate Director of Labor Relations at Omni Hotels & Resorts since January 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Director, Labor Relations at Disneyland Resort and Senior Manager - Labor Relations at Walt Disney World. With a strong background in management-sided labor and employment law, Brian has successfully litigated numerous employment-related cases across various levels of court and defended clients before multiple administrative agencies. Brian's legal career includes roles as Associate and Senior Associate at several law firms specializing in labor and employment, building a robust foundation in the field since earning a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. Prior to a legal career, Brian showcased athletic talent as a catcher for the Boise Hawks.
