Charles McCay

Charles McCay, CHS, currently serves as the Director of Rooms at Omni Hotels & Resorts since May 2021, with previous roles including Assistant Director of Rooms and Director Of Front Office. Prior to this, Charles held the position of Corporate General Manager at Sunland RV Resorts from October 2020 to April 2021. Experience at Omni San Francisco Hotel from June 2015 to October 2020 included roles such as Assistant Director Of Housekeeping, Assistant Front Office Manager, Night Manager, Rooms Leader in Development, and Guest Services Representative. Charles began a career in hospitality at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria from February 2013 to March 2015, working as a Club Lounge Guest Services Officer and Guest Services Associate. Charles earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Far Eastern University between 2009 and 2013.
