Edwin Adolfo

Edwin Adolfo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in purchasing and inventory management. Serving as Purchasing Manager at Omni Hotels since May 2010, Edwin has honed skills in maintaining relationships with department heads, overseeing procurement of food and beverages, implementing wine lists, and conducting inventory assessments. Prior to this role, Edwin held the same position at Omni Hotels from 2000 to 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as a Receiving Clerk at InterContinental Hotels Group from 1993 to 2000, where responsibilities included merchandise approval and inventory management. Edwin holds an Associate's degree in Private Accounting and Business Administration from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a Certificate in Private Accounting from a Private College of Accounting in Guatemala.
