Jon Binder

Jon Binder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Compensation Practice Leader at OMNI Human Resource Solutions, Jon provides expert support in employee relations and leadership development. As the Founder and Chief Strategic Collaborator at TransfoHRm, Jon focused on enhancing business performance through effective human resource management strategies. Previously, Jon held various leadership roles at Sprint Nextel, including Director of Human Resources, where Jon transformed traditional HR services into models aimed at improving business outcomes. Jon's career began at United Telecom, where Jon completed a Finance Manager Development Program. Jon holds an MBA in Management from Rockhurst University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
