Roger Dusing

Roger Dusing, PhD, is a seasoned HR professional with over 40 years of experience, including 30 years in C-suite roles and 11 years in higher education. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Higher Education Practice Leader at OMNI Human Resource Management, Roger Dusing leverages extensive expertise to support smaller institutions in need of advanced HR services. Previously, Roger held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Park University and has held various HR leadership roles at Ascend Media, Cargo Largo, and other organizations. In addition to a robust career in HR management, Roger Dusing has contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at William Jewell College and has earned a PhD in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Northcentral University.
