Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez currently serves as a Research Fellow at OMNI Institute, focusing on supporting grantees and communities through data collection, data literacy, and performance improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where presentation design and data management were key responsibilities. Nicole's extensive background in training and development as a Retail Trainer at Starbucks involved onboarding and mentoring new partners, while also holding a role as a SCAP Fellow to enhance workplace well-being. Additional work includes a Development Internship at Sprout City Farms, where fundraising strategies were executed to combat food insecurity, and owning a yoga business for five years. Education was completed at Arizona State University with a degree in Integrative Health.
