Joe Behr's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Joe started their career at T-Mobile as a Tier II Technical Support Representative. Later, they joined SYKES where they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative, Supervisor/Team Lead & Coach, and Blended Environment Operations & Reports Analyst. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, achieving notable accomplishments such as launching and maintaining a call center in the Philippines. Joe then moved on to Omni Interactions, where they served as the Director of Operations and Senior Delivery Director - Digital Learning before becoming the VP of Delivery. Most recently, they worked at Holly Grove Middle School as an Assistant Volleyball Coach, where they focused on leadership, skill development, and building positive relationships with players and parents.
