Robert Young

Robert Young is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering recruitment, account management, and military service. Since February 2020, Robert has served as an Engineering Recruiter at Omni One. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Account Executive at ADP from April 2016 to January 2020, where Robert successfully assisted small businesses in implementing employee insurance coverage and ensuring compliance with Affordable Care Act regulations, earning recognition as a back-to-back ADP President's Club Qualifier. Additionally, Robert served in the United States Marine Corps as an Engineering Equipment Chief from November 2013 to April 2019, leading engineering projects and training junior Marines while managing heavy equipment operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University.
