Jennie Farmer

Jennie Farmer is currently a Partner and Technology and Engineering Recruiter at Proven Recruiting, where they lead recruitment efforts and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates. From 2015 to 2023, they served as the Assistant Director of Spirit at Baylor University, overseeing a program of 90 athletes and focusing on recruitment, team culture, and community outreach. Prior to that, they worked as a teacher at MCGREGOR ISD from 2013 to 2015, creating tailored lesson plans for 6th-grade math students. Jennie is currently pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education at Sam Houston State University.
