Ken Bianchi

Ken Bianchi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ken currently serves as the Chairman of The Pig and the Sprout since December 2018. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Hoptix, a company revolutionizing the service world in the restaurant industry. In 2004, Ken became the CEO of OMNI Security Inc., focusing on providing intelligent life safety and surveillance systems. Before that, they held positions as an Account Executive at Accountants Inc. from 2001 to 2003, and as a Sales Consultant at Adecco Group from 1999 to 2001. Ken's earliest role was as a Production Manager for John Carlos's Illusion Tour from 1998 to 1999.

Ken Bianchi received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Rochester in 1998. Ken also completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Prior to attending the University of Rochester, Bianchi studied at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester from 1990 to 1994.
