Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an IT Development Manager at the American Public University System and operated as a Senior Software Engineer while self-employed. Andrew's earlier experience includes tenure at Universata Inc., where significant contributions were made to the development of Phindit, a HIPAA-compliant medical record system. Andrew began the career as a Web Developer at the United States Department of Agriculture and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from West Virginia University.
