Chad Enger

Chad Enger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and exterior solutions industry. As a Partner at Omnia Exterior Solutions™ since August 2023, Chad leads the development and integration of shared services across the OMNIA portfolio, following the acquisition of Black Hills Exteriors, where Chad has served as Company Owner since April 2014, driving the company to over $25 million in growth and fostering a robust workforce of 65 employees. Prior roles include Project Manager at North Central Supply, where Chad managed commercial construction projects, and Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal, focusing on B2B sales of construction products. Chad began a career in customer service at Best Buy and developed foundational skills at McDonald's Corporation. Chad holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Southeast Tech.
