Nina Scott

Nina Scott, MBA, CPP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll, finance, and operational management. Currently serving as Principal at Omnia Global Partners since January 2019, Nina co-founded the firm to address complex payroll and finance projects while enhancing automation and compliance for clients. Prior to this role, Nina was a Principal Consultant at Executive Alliance, focusing on strategic assessments and payroll initiatives. Experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Payroll at Roche Diagnostics, where implementation of a centralized service center improved operations for 23,000 employees, and as Director of Payroll at NorthgateArinso, Inc., supporting a large-scale outsourcing contract. Earlier positions include Corporate Controller at Seafood Marketing Specialist and Controller at Victoria & Co., along with roles in project management and business analysis at Cahners Publishing and The Hanover Insurance Group. Nina holds an MBA in Accounting from Bryant University and a BA in Finance from Providence College.
