Shani Gross

Shani Gross has over 10 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement. Shani is currently serving as the Chief Reimbursement Officer at Omnia Healthcare Group since May 2022. Prior to their current role, Shani worked as the SVP Clinical Reimbursement at Complete Care Management from October 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Clinical Reimbursement at BRIA Health Services from March 2017 to September 2021. From May 2013 to March 2017, Shani worked as the VP Clinical Reimbursement at Mosaic Healthcare. Shani started their career as a Reimbursement Consultant at Comprehensive Reimbursement Services from May 2012 to May 2013.

Shani Gross has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Shani also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Ocean County College.
