Stacey Thomas

Stacey Thomas is a seasoned professional in risk management and legal affairs within the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving in Private Sector Contracting at OMNIA Partners since January 2021, Stacey previously held the position of Director of Risk Management at Southern Land Company from June 2013 to September 2020. In this role, Stacey was integral to luxury multifamily development projects across several states, managing aspects such as purchase agreements, due diligence, land acquisitions, and risk management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Director of Legal and Leasing at GBT Realty Corporation from 2002 to 2008, where involvement included shopping center project management and securing deals with major retailers.
