Neil Tejani

Neil Tejani has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and business development. Neil began their career at Accu-Seal Inc. as a Supply-Chain/Business Development Associate, where they played a crucial role in establishing supply chain operations for the start-up company. Neil then joined Cheminova Inc. as a Supply Chain Manager, where they developed and implemented supply chain and logistics strategies for a global business unit.

Following this, Tejani joined BASF (Fuel Cell Inc.) as a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for managing the company's global supply chain and logistics operations. At BASF, they collaborated with various departments to align supply chain planning with business strategy and objectives.

In 2013, Tejani joined OmniActive Health Technologies as a Senior Supply Chain Manager. Neil was later promoted to Director, Supply Chain, and subsequently to Director, Commercial Management. In their roles at OmniActive, Tejani oversaw the company's vertically integrated supply chain, ensuring the manufacturing and supply of science-backed nutritional and active natural ingredients. Neil played a key role in maintaining ISO certification and FDA compliance for the manufacturing facilities.

Most recently, Tejani holds the position of Senior Director, Business Excellence at OmniActive Health Technologies. Neil'scurrent responsibilities include driving excellence in various aspects of the business to ensure organizational growth and success.

Neil Tejani attended Boston University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
