Josefin then transitioned to a role as a Personal Manager at Uniflex, where they had primary responsibility for consultant management, as well as recruitment, labor law issues, administration, and customer relations. Following that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Releasy Customer Management, focusing on a wide range of HR tasks such as labor law, negotiation, occupational health, marketing, employee surveys, communication, and training.
