Josefin Angelöv

Josefin Angelöv has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josefin began their career as a Test Leader at Idrottslabbet, where they conducted fitness tests on both recreational and professional athletes. After that, they worked as a Reception Manager, Masseuse, and Instructor at Frisk Sport & Fitness, where they managed schedules, implemented procedures, and conducted customer massages and group training sessions. Josefin then transitioned to a role as a Personal Manager at Uniflex, where they had primary responsibility for consultant management, as well as recruitment, labor law issues, administration, and customer relations. Following that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Releasy Customer Management, focusing on a wide range of HR tasks such as labor law, negotiation, occupational health, marketing, employee surveys, communication, and training. Josefin also served as an HR Consultant at Linköping Municipality, where they specialized in recruitment, talent sourcing, GDPR compliance, and project management. Most recently, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Tengbom, overseeing HR processes for multiple offices, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR projects. Currently, they hold the position of HR Manager at Omniarch, where they are responsible for HR processes, projects, and strategic partnership as a part of the management team. Throughout their career, Josefin has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR and has been actively involved in leadership and decision-making roles within the organizations they have worked for.
