Chief Technology Officer at OmniBek

Roman Kagan began their work experience in 2012 as a self-employed freelancer. In 2014, they worked as a Java Developer and Automation Engineer at Aplana Software, where they developed test automation frameworks for major Russian banks and mentored students. In 2015, they joined Advisant Group as a Senior Software Developer. In 2017, Roman co-founded DevOrchestra, a company focused on blockchain consulting and smart contract development, which was later acquired by OmniBek AG. At OmniBek AG, Roman served as the Chief Technology Officer and played a key role in building the company's blockchain infrastructure solutions.

Roman Kagan attended the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) from 2009 to 2014. During their time there, they focused on studying Nuclear Reactors and Power Plants. Roman does not have a specified degree from this institution. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
