Alea H. has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator and Corporate Recruiter at Omnicell since October 2011. Alea has effectively managed the full-cycle recruitment process, facilitated onboarding for new hires, and administered workers' compensation programs.
