Nnamdi Njoku

Nnamdi Njoku currently serves as the EVP & Chief Operating Officer at Omnicell, overseeing global operations and continuous improvement initiatives, which encompass customer experience, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, and specialized business units. Prior to joining Omnicell, Nnamdi held the position of President at Zimmer Biomet, leading multiple divisions within sports medicine and surgical therapies. From 2005 to March 2023, Nnamdi held various senior leadership roles at Medtronic, including President of the Neuromodulation Operating Unit and the Mechanical Circulatory Support unit, contributing to significant portfolio growth and operational excellence. Nnamdi's early career included roles at UnitedHealth Group and Deloitte Consulting, following a strong educational background that includes an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from the University of St. Thomas.
