Reena Williams

Reena Williams is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Omnicell since June 2024, Reena also founded Pengwin in October 2022. Previously, Reena held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Lendingkart for nearly a year and was a Senior Talent Partner focused on R&D at Twilio, where Reena was a founding team member of Twilio India. Reena's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter at VMware, Talent Scout at Adobe, and HR Talent Acquisition at Sasken, as well as an HR Internship at TeleDNA Communications Pvt. Ltd. Reena holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
